We offer introductory programs through more advanced that help 8-13-year-old students learn coding at various levels.
Workshops
Our coding workshops provide students from low-income households with the opportunity to be introduced to the basics of coding. These fun and interactive sessions will inspire those who attend by giving them an overview of how those in the coding profession create some of their favorite video games and apps.
Cohorts
Our core offering is focused on making sure students learn and understand the concept of coding and problem-solving as they are instructed by experienced coders. During these 13-week classes, students will gather in local community centers and take field trips to visit tech companies.

Summer Camps
Hood Code has a popular summer camp! Held Monday through Friday from July through August. This month-long in-person camp, combines project-based coding, STEM exploration, hands-on activities, epic team challenges, theme days, and more. Our summer camp is meant to give your child a summer adventure they’ll never forget.
